No referral needed. Booking is handled through Medeo, the secure system used with our electronic medical record — your details go straight into it, never into email.

You choose from what is open, and the office confirms it. You will need a name, phone number and date of birth to request the appointment — nothing more at that stage.
Online booking is not live yet — our Medeo instance is still being set up. Please call the clinic in the meantime.
Need to cancel or reschedule? Our cancellation and no-show policy — how much notice we ask for, and whether a fee applies — to confirm.

Can I be seen virtually?
Yes, for many things
Some visits need to be in person — anything requiring an examination, a procedure, or certain forms. If you book a virtual visit and it needs to be in person, we tell you before the appointment, not after. Confirming which visit types are and are not offered virtually.
